Keypoint Law finds a strategic solution with TIMG’s Digital Mailroom
Keypoint Law, like many other Australian firms, faced the uncertainty of pandemic lockdowns and the resultant disruption to their operations. Being a busy law firm, they decided to look for a reliable and secure managed digital mailroom service.
The Challenge
The leadership team at Keypoint Law, like many other management teams across Australia, found themselves needing to handle a range of operational and administrative challenges brought about by Covid-19. There was no more ‘business as usual’ and the team needed to move quickly to a responsive operational model with one of their main hurdles being the day-to-day management of their busy mailroom. With severe staffing restrictions onsite, the team had to find a managed digital mailroom solution that also included a logistics component in the form of a secure transport for the legal sector service.
The Solution
After some research online, Alison Astey (Practice Manager at Keypoint Law) contacted TIMG with her list of ‘must haves’. After understanding the full scope of works, we set about drafting a solution that covered the collection, secure handling and scanning of all inbound physical mail. The managed digital mailroom solution included the logging of all scanned mail into a comprehensive database that reflected the when, who and where a document was handled, scanned, and physically stored. Our operations team also looked after the secure delivery of all confidential documents and items to and from Keypoint Law.
We are pleased to say that what presented as a challenge for Alison and her team, turned into an opportunity to positively reshape the way their business worked during the health crisis in Sydney and Melbourne. By putting together a flexible and fully tailored digital mailroom solution, Keypoint Law had a robust solution that TIMG was proud to be integral to.
